Changing things up....

So I have been considering changing my Blog up a bit..... and today while walking from one class to another on campus I noticed myself slowing down to listen to a conversation that was between two students in front of me. One said "You can have a voice and be heard without actually speaking out." and she then asked, "Why isn't anyone really trying to change the world right now?" This inspired me.....

I started asking myself why are we all content with what they tell us? Where is the innovation that our country once thrived on? They constantly preach "The American Dream" and how as Americans we have the opportunity to make a difference in the world around us.....So why aren't we?

Are we as John Mayer would say simply "Waiting on the World to Change" This may sound cheesy but think about it... he has a point.

It's time for us as Americans to challenge the government and strive to develop our country into the world in which we as citizens want to live in not the world they are designing for us.

"WE THE PEOPLE..."

Have the ability to control the world in which we live in. The Constitution grants us the right to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.

WAKE UP PEOPLE!

The fate of our country is in OUR hands.
